Problem

Elevators, escalators, pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, and industrial machinery generate operational data every second of every day, but that data stays locked inside controllers, inaccessible to the people who manage those assets.

Hardware

Developing purpose-built sensing hardware is the only way to effectively get this data off of these assets. Knaq began by developing a single sensing technology that non-invasively pulls deep operational data off of any industrial equipment controller, regardless of age or manufacturer. Instead of hardwiring into a controller or collecting simple vibration data, Knaq pulls real-time data from controller inputs and transfers it to a complete suite of cloud-based software and AI tools.

Software

Data flowing from Knaq’s hardware is what enables its suite of software tools. A purpose-built web app, mobile app, and alerting capabilities enables facilities teams to keep their equipment running.
